Lately, I've been going through a process of deep internal listening. Between motherhood, entrepreneurship and professional life, I've been discovering, with greater clarity, that success isn't a single destination, but a path that should make sense for each person.
I've caught myself countless times comparing my professional trajectory with other people's.
This weekend, I went through one of those moments. But this time, something was different. I had a wonderful weekend with my family.
From there, I caught myself thinking about success. About how, so many times, we let it be defined by other people.
Today, I know where I want to go. I know what I want to build with Sourcify. I'm clear about the learnings I still need to acquire.
Motherhood was a watershed. It didn't just change my routine, it transformed my way of thinking.
My discovery process was never linear. It happened through trial, error, a lot of reflection, but also through doing.
And I didn't do it all alone. I had, and have, fundamental allies.
This reflection is, above all, an invitation. For each of us to ask ourselves, from time to time: "What is success for me today?".
